The nose opens with fine notes of cherry blossom, citrus and white fleshed fruits such as peach and pear. On the palate, the wine is fresh, broad and complex, with impressive length, supported by the natural acidity of the grapes. The saline, elegantly bitter finish prolongs the tasting with great finesse.
